Snowy Catering Ltd was created by husband and wife team  who worked in the industry for over 25 years. This passion has lead to Snowy Catering Ltd opening its doors in 2024. Our Head Chef Sanobia Cutino, or Snowy as most people know her has had a 25 year career so far working in top hotels, restaurants, high-end catering and private chef work. She has worked with internationally known chefs in a variety of contexts from fine dining to events. Snowy`s ethos is to produce elegantly simple cuisine highlighting local, seasonal, and sustainable flavours. She has cooked for small gatherings, from couples to cocktail parties, large events to full dining rooms and for some celebrities like former president Bill Clinton, Pete Tamsin, Kylie Minogue, and some of the Royals.
