In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding reservations, the following are our terms of trading. In choosing Snowy Catering Ltd as your specialist caterer, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Confirmation by customers
All catering bookings are considered provisional until the receipt of a 25% deposit and full payment 14 days before the event.
Amendments
No Changes will be accepted within 14 days prior to the function, this includes catering numbers, final details on timings, food and special instructions.
Deposits, payments and cancellation policy
A deposit of 25% of the final price is needed to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance is to be paid at least 14 days prior to the function. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer.
We unfortunately do not accept Cheques. Snowy Catering Ltd reserves the right to require full payment 14 days before the services are rendered. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations
Within 14 days prior to your function will incur the full cost excluding deposit
General Liability
We do not accept liability for any failure to provide the service contracted which are due to circumstances beyond our control, including electricity and water failures, or fire alarm evacuation.
Public Liability
To protect ourselves against any 3rd Party Claims, Snowy Catering Ltd has obtained Full Public Liability insurance.
Travel
Travel within a 50 mile radius of SL3 is FREE OF CHARGE. Any distance over that will be charged.. For distances further than 100 miles from our premises we might also ask the client to supply accommodation. At Snowy Catering Ltd we always aim to beat the traffic through early departure from our premises. If however we should be held up in traffic we cannot be held responsible if the service is not delivered on time.
VAT
All prices on our website are exclude of VAT. Please note that 20% will be added to prices online.
